About the Company:
Since 1982, Daquin has been committed to working with our customers to create and deliver the highest quality, value-added products on time and on budget.  Within our 21,000 square foot facility, Daquin provides our Account Executives with access to: a full showroom with meeting areas; on-hand inventory and samples, on-going product knowledge training; in-house screen printing; in-house embroidery; and an in-house graphic design & art department. 

As a result of our steady growth we have a current and on-going requirement for self-motivated, ambitious, energetic Account Executives. We can provide you with all of the tools you need to be successful!

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with demonstrated experience in account management within the promotional marketing space.  This position will require you to provide relevant product solutions to our clients in various areas ranging from, but not limited to: tradeshow and event planning, corporate gifting, employee recognition programs, and uniform and workwear applications.

Position Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have a background of selling promotional products with 2-5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in building positive working relationships, with a collaborative approach toward meeting the overall objective(s).
  • Must be detailed oriented; requires a hands-on, proactive approach and follow up with clients.
  • Must have a passion for the industry and embrace business development (to assist with sales) activities.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet) required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.  This will include creating and developing quotes, RFP responses, quote requests, and client communication.
  • Travel, outside of the NCR, for this position is estimated to be minimal.  A personal vehicle and valid driver’s license are a requirement.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, but not required.

Compensation:
Daquin offers one of the most competitive, performance based compensation packages in the industry.  There is no cap placed on your earnings, so the potential is limitless!  A comprehensive health and dental plan are also included as part of the compensation package.
